Are you passionate about airsoft, paintball, Nerf, laser tag, or gel blasters? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? Robinhood Adventure Park is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic referees to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Ensure Safety First – Your top priority is making sure all players follow safety rules and procedures to create a fun and secure environment.
✅ Organize & Run Games – Set up and explain game modes, enforce rules, and ensure everyone is having a blast on the field.
✅ Customer Service Focus – Be friendly, engaging, and professional while helping players enjoy their experience.
✅ Check-in & Waiver Management – Ensure all participants have checked in properly and have a waiver on file before playing.
✅ Host Private Parties & Groups – Lead birthday parties, corporate events, and team-building groups, working especially well with young kids and beginners to teach them how to safely and properly use the equipment.
✅ Promote & Grow the Community – Encourage players to return for more games, bring friends, or book their own private events. Marketing skills are a huge plus!

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Great Communication Skills – You’ll be giving instructions, answering questions, and keeping the energy high.
✔️ Positive & Friendly Attitude – Customer service is #1—we want referees who create an exciting, welcoming environment.
✔️ Ability to Handle Fast-Paced Play – Games move quickly, so being alert and engaged is key.
✔️ Weekend Availability REQUIRED – Most of our events happen on weekends, so this is a must.
✔️ Reliable Transportation – You need to be able to get to work on time, every time.
✔️ Weekday Availability is a Bonus – Great for private parties and special events!
✔️ Experience is a Plus, But Not Required – Airsoft/Paintball refereeing or playing experience is helpful but not mandatory—we’ll train you!
